How long does it take to sign up?
Signing up can take as little as 2 minutes. Just follow these steps:
- Head to the Apple or Google Play Store
- Follow the prompts to create an account
- Securely link your work accounts (Uber, Doordash, Instacart, etc.) by logging in with your specific account credentials
- Start scheduling your optimal and guaranteed schedule using Solo’s pay predictions!
How do I link my work accounts?
You can link as many work accounts (Uber, Doordash, Instacart, etc.) as needed during the sign up process. To do this, you use your login credentials (usually an email or phone number) and the password associated with that account. Some companies may ask you to verify the connection via a text or email. If you begin working with other platforms after you have signed up you can link those additional accounts by accessing the “Link Your Accounts” page in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Does this cost anything?
Solo is free to download and offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription options. All subscriptions include a 7-day trial. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. For those in eligible cities, you can guarantee your daily pay using Solo’s credit system ($.25/credit). For more information on what’s included check out our pricing page.
This seems too good to be true. How can you guarantee pay?
It’s not too good to be true - it’s math and statistics! As more Solopreneurs join the Solo platform, we are able to provide increasingly accurate pay predictions. As these predictions reach a certain level of reliability we then guarantee them for those scheduling their app based work with the Solo platform.
What will you do with my data?
We use your data to help provide insights about your individual work history across multiple earnings sources. This data is aggregated anonymously with others in the community to provide city-level pay and performance benchmarks. We will delete your data if:
- You disconnect a linked work account
- You delete your Solo account.
Do you store my login information? Can you access my accounts?
Your login credentials are secure, encrypted and sent directly to your chosen app which allows us to securely retrieve trip data. We will never receive a copy of your login info and we are not able to access your accounts. When you disconnect a linked work account, we also delete all data related to that user and platform.
